Copperleaf – A BUNDLED golf community developed by Pulte Homes in 2000, Copperleaf has a total of 570 coach and single-family homes with an abundance of golf, preserve and lake views.  The golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis and is a Par 72.  Amenities at Copperleaf include Bocce – a Clubhouse – Pool & Spa & Tennis.  Copperleaf is located just north of Coconut Road on Three Oaks Parkway.

Lighthouse Bay – Developed by Wallace Homes, this is a gated community with 13 lakes.  Homes include condominiums, coach homes and attached villas.  Amenities include the Harbour Club & Spa – Clubhouse – Five Pools, Basketball – Bocce – Tennis – Fishing Pier – Freshwater Beach – Kayaks – Rowboats and a 2 1/2 mile walking path.  Lighthouse Bay is at the intersection of Three Oaks Parkway and Coconut Road.

Pebble Pointe – Being developed by Taylor Morrison, this 38-acre community will have 90 upscale single-family homes. Amenities will include a gazebo and dog park.  Pebble Pointe is adjacent to Copperleaf and Lighthouse Bay.

Shadow Wood – Developed by various builders, Shadow Wood is comprised of 32 neighborhoods.  Housing includes condominiums, coach homes, detached villas and custom estate homes.  Residents are entitled to a private golf membership for 54 holes of championship golf.  Shadow Wood Golf Course consists of a North & South course and residents are entitled to use Shadow Wood Preserve golf course (located approximately 4 miles north).  Amenities are a Clubhouse – Massage Therapy Suites – 9 Har-Tru Tennis Courts – Pool with Swimming Lanes & Fitness Center.  Shadow Wood is located off Three Oaks Parkway between Williams and Coconut Roads.

Spring Run -This 300-acre gated community includes BUNDLED golf.  The course, designed by Gordon Lewis, is an 18-hole Par 72.  Developed by WCI and Pulte Homes, there are 847 homes including condominiums, coach homes, attached villas and single-family.  Resident amenities include a Clubhouse – Fitness Center – Dining Room – Lounge – Pool & Spa.
